Description
- Managing screen-print workshops, technical knowledge in ink chemistry-printing-garment quality
- The nature of the work is focused on research and development of products from conception to retail to meet the needs of accounts and consumers
- Provides project and process management for converting a project brief and a two-dimensional design rendering into a three-dimensional sample that meets the needs of the team and the consumer and that can be successfully and profitably commercialized and produced
- Responsible for the product development process and final engineering of Golf Club Equipment including overall physical product performance
- Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services
- Has developed conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
- Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard
- Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus
- Makes decisions within guidelines and policies
- Impacts a range of standard and non-standard customer, operational, process, project or service activities
- Is accountable for small projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Monitors and controls costs of own work and may manage costs for small projects or programs

- Ensures actions protect company image and limits risks
- Decisions and actions impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by policies
Job Requirements
- Requires a Bachelors Degree with Chemistry is added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing screen-print workshop, thorough understanding of ink chemistry-printing -garment quality, wide exposure to different types of screen prints, hands-on experience in screen-print application
- Fair to Good spoken and written English
- Willing to travel extensively in Asia
